  • Refactored unstructured monolith to Hexagonal Architecture with CQRS and DDD; replaced Twig/jQuery with REST API + PWA.
  • Built key business algorithms (availability, rescheduling, ratings) and integrated Datatrans payments.
  • Delivered an in-house Swiss-compliant payroll engine and extracted Batsoft as a standalone white-label SaaS.
